During her travels, Doudra and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Doudra discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Doudra fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but she was a colossal failure. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
