History: Maiathah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Nuthra lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Courier for the past few years.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Mortician mother left him crippled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Gifted from a young age, Fistula studied abroad. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She bought a sickle and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is unsatisfied with her job
