Description: 3'5" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears bulky tan painted plate armor. She has chestnut hair. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a great chef.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears long strands of aquamarine and short red dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 35. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ozyman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ozyman. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat, and he perpetually has his bow ready. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his broad white hat.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ar-Gul was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ar-Gul fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length brown fur. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She is a Succubi in disguise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has money and likes to spend it

He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. He has red eyes and a green hat with a yellow feather.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Fallthra was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Spy. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
