History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Anne lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but she was a colossal failure. Recently the stress of being a Farmer has made it difficult for her to sleep.

History: Gifted from a young age, Wiggan studied abroad. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the south. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
