History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Halander enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his father struggled to pay the bills. He worked as a nervous Sellsword and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Sellsword like his father before him.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Frouse's homeland. Frouse decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her brown hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are black and catlike.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bowyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Adrex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Dreali is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Dreali was born with his mother's beautiful face. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
