Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alvyn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and carries longswords. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of a Dilettante, who enjoyed hunting, Ulfgar was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Ulfgar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She tends to her Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she seems to be bored by most things
