History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerbo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gifted from a young age, Crampernap studied abroad. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. Recently the stress of being a Banker has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Buvvie would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Buvvie was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Roofer. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ur-Edin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Nyx was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
