Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
