History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He wears a blue vest and prefers brown and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a hand crossbow on his belt. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Foxilon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and halfling compassion

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a Server, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in the north to a Unemployed, Koeth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Unemployed and found it very stressful. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tattered old clothes. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a violet and black handkerchief worn on her right side, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'10" when asserting herself. She has blonde hair. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ilanis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ilanis. Being a Navigator kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Philomena took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she's repulsed by the pc
