Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nelkin embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Nelkin took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Ortegar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ortegar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born into a rich family. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Engraver. After a long history of fighting, Seere and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Wrenn hails from a village terrorized by drow. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Orianna was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Orianna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Orianna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her childhood dream was to be a Gardener, but she was a colossal failure. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
