Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She became a Spy soon after.

Description: This western woman wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair is long and blonde with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Rinn's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Rinn's homeland. Rinn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: Damakos was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ur-Masi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ur-Masi liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
