Personality: Ortegar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. Being a Shepherd kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of a Herbalist, who enjoyed hunting, Gimble was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the south to a Blacksmith, Krimmon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
