History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Althaea alone in the world. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Ulla hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Gardener, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Healer. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She worked as a nervous Healer and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Healer.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Heskan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heskan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
