Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cloak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cloak was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Glim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in the north. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sumnes will drive conversation. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Through the years after Sumnes was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Sumnes's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Lezre has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kothûg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Cressel is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Cressel was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Mason, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
