History: Kathra hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born in the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fisher and was forced into it by his family; and wants to work out more often

History: Vondal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Vondal was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cook. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her silver hair is singed and shortened. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady brown eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quilla embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Quilla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Quilla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She worked as a nervous Stableman and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Carter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
