Ralf was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
