History: Gifted from a young age, Gomory studied abroad. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting goblins, the young Baradad began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for her, and Tatyan does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Tatyan was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Jarana never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pyra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
