Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mercenary. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Ovina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Ovina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ovina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now owns her own business.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nedda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Katherine lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Katherine fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many dire rats want him driven away
