Description: This woman is very fat, and likes to wear ponchos typically of a light violet in addition to tight pants. Her silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Leshanna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears baggy green pantaloons and a black scarf. Her hair is cut close to her head. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Oren and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To protect his home; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'0". She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and her gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Pennie was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is her passion

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Makaria was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Makaria was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

Personality: He is a Hunter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Nalral was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
