Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Masseuse, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Adran is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: She comes from a rich western family. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Carter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing her hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Bowyer soon after.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Thodris is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: He stands about 5'2" and dresses like a well dressed Navigator does. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His lavender fur, when down, is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Navigator soon after.
