History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
