Description: This man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

His crest is short and bronze. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He comes from a rich western family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. She has violet eyes.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Euphemia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Recently the stress of being a Cook has made it difficult for her to sleep.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: An older man who prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, he is not a threatening figure. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He uses divination through singing.
History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: 6'0" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a grey armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Theodoric hails from a village terrorized by giants. Through the years after Theodoric was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Theodoric's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Artin and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
