Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Kelter and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple violet line shooting up and back down. He has done his best to style his cinnamon fur to look like a famous performer. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Farideh was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Farideh decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

History: Born to a Locksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is a Armorer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 41. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: Born in the south to a Navigator, Phann learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Phann was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Phann's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
