History: She was born into a rich family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a green coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His gold crest is heavily combed to the right. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She prefers to wear black clothing when she does not wear armor. She wears her chestnut hair down. Her silver unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born into a rich family. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Shipwright. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This northern woman wears a black collared shirt and yellow skirt. She accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her crest is green, silky, and of moderate length. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Gilkass hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his spear. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Layabout. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Layabout. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and her religion dominates her actions
