History: Jane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Jane abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Bethrynna took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up falchion and armor she uses now. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
