Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Jade has worked very hard to control his curse. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Leaf abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She sports auburn long hair. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gifted student he started as a Butcher, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now mingles about in high society.
