Erdan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Jaxi hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Volen and her spouse have recently divorced.

He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
