History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Kaladan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was taken from his home at a very young age. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ubada grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Naal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Naal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

History: She got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She has worked as a Bricklayer like her mother before her.

Personality: Silvo wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
