Personality: Melissa is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Melissa was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears long strands of topaz and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mara does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and money/treasure

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is dressed in an above average manner. Her red hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Keyleth embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born to a Painter, her father struggled to pay the bills. After coming to the age of reason, Keyleth took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: She tends to wear a pastel poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her long lavender fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Art wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Art took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Raer is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Raer was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'1". She usually wears her blue robe and has her greataxe always slung over her shoulder. Her blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When Abalaba reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She bought a greataxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and to clean up the streets

Personality: Kilvar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Being a Server kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
