Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her hair is black and curly. Her half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
