Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Thomas is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He uses divination through singing.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has achieved small success as a Carpenter.

Personality: Anakis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Anakis was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anakis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anakis. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her fur is brown and curly. Her eyes are a pleasant yellow.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Ploughman. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To be a Dilettante again; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Murgen was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has worked as a Tailor like her father before her.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She is a Courier first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult; and tiefling compassion
