Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a very tight haircut. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Gifted from a young age, Ribbles studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and expand his business

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'8" when asserting himself. His hair is brown and curly. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. He wears his black hair up. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ront fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Xanaphia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Xanaphia. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She wears a small hat to cover her moderate length red hair. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: Antinua was born the youngest of three triplets. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Antinua took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and doesn't want to be a brewer and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Kali is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
