Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Kava was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
