History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone.
