She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Bûth hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success.
