History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born to a Map Maker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Erevan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'3" when asserting herself. Her white hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lorilla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a black collared shirt and tan pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His purple hair is singed and shortened. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Xappan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
