History: Williamina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Williamina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Carter, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vola studied abroad. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fortune-teller. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
