Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He takes great joy in being the best Assassin in town.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He is an epitome of beauty. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Eberk took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Painter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: She wears a green tunic with black highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. Her crest is red and curly. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: Gilkass was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Unemployed who has hired her part-time. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nedda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
