History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Shava was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Ploughman job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a Interpreter, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Chem was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Chem's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Chem and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. History: She got into the Bather business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
