History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She takes great joy in being the best Cook in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Vorka was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and to end her boredom

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Through the years after Caramip was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Caramip's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
