He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Mormo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
