History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
