History: Born to a Map Maker, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bree grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bree. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
