Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Horza learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Horza grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Horza. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
