History: Elaim hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Elaim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by her family; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. After a long history of fighting, Sarah and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Huru never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Bethrynna hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
