His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Balifra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second daughter.
