History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She got into the Herbalist business at a young age. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He takes great joy in being the best Actor in town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Actor for the past few years.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Shoemaker soon after.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
