History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears bulky grey painted plate armor. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Urshar embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Urshar grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

History: Balam hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Through the years after Balam was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balam's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
