Description: A middle-aged man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His ears are large.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vonbin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vonbin. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Frug was born with his mother's beautiful face. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Assassin. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job

His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Gifted from a young age, Sapply studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Sapply took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Merchant. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
