History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Grumbar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Grumbar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Grumbar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Theobald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
